List wallet transactions

Returns paginated list of transactions for a customer's wallet account.

Supports the same advanced filtering provided for business accounts:

Date range filters (start_date, end_date)

Transaction type filtering (fund, m2p_payout)

Cursor-based pagination with configurable page size

Sorted by newest transaction first

Error Scenarios:

404: Wallet account not found for the provided customer
